IT professional with over 9 years of experience in systems development, database administration, IT infrastructure management, and digital solutions delivery.
I teach computer programming and computer-related courses online, practically and in plain language. I also design and build software for anyone with a real problem — individuals, startups, schools, clinics, NGOs, government ministries and private organisations across Uganda — owning the full lifecycle from requirements and architecture through development, deployment, training, and support.
My work spans full-stack software engineering, relational database management, server administration, network systems, cybersecurity best practices, and ICT project management. I am currently completing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Makerere University, researching distributed systems, blockchain, and machine learning.
Beyond delivery, I focus on stakeholder engagement, staff training and capacity building, IT policy development, and digital transformation strategy — building systems that hold up in the real conditions of East Africa.

Field apps that capture data offline and sync when a connection returns, because the places this work matters most are the places the network is worst.
